Silent Soul Support Booking Policy Welcome to Silent Soul Support. I am committed to providing you with a supportive and professional experience. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review my booking policy before scheduling a package. Payment Policy Full Payment Required: All packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Payment is required to confirm your appointment and secure your slot. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Sessions: You are allowed to reschedule your sessions up to a maximum of three (3) times. Any additional rescheduling beyond the three allowed instances will result in the retention of the full payment for the package. No refunds will be issued. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the retention of the full payment for the session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations. Outcome Policy No Promises on Outcomes: I do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of the sessions. Each individual's experience and progress may vary. You acknowledge that the services provided are intended to support and guide, and outcomes are dependent on various factors beyond my control. If the desired outcome is not achieved, you understand that no refunds will be given. The payment made for the package will be retained in full.
